Whats wrong with me? Topic: What is problem solving therapy
July 17, 2019 / By Allarick
Question: All my past relationship ended because of me. I'm afraid of commitment and bringing it to the next level. my past relationships, the guys are good.. am lucky to have them as my friends said. Now am afraid to enter in a relationship, i might redo my wrong doings ag i entered in a relationship for companionship and not love. I like you rather than i love you. the guys i been with... i do like them so much, i care about them but when the "family of our own pops up" i don't know what to do and ends up, letting go. As of now, theirs a guy likes me but i done things that makes his feelings fade and told him straight I'm afraid that you will love me cause am not good in giving back, but you know what i like this guy i just dont know what to do.. To love is what i need, how it is done and how i can tell am in love.

Hello! Well, first of all, loving someone is not smth you can force to happen, it just happens or it doesn't. Thing is, that it seems as you were incapable of loving... and that's a problem that you should try solving out. There's really no magical answer to it, but you should, at least imo, try being alone for a while. Getting to know yourself better, and focus on what you really need now. If you're not ready to commit, brad pitt could knock on your door and it just wouldn't work out, because you probably need time for yourself, with yourself, and by yourself. It's an inner discovery experience... And secondly, you could try therapy... sometimes it's not just for "crazy ppl", sometimes daily issues can be solved with a good guidance... Hope everything goes ok for u! Kiss!

It's possible to feel lonely even in a crowd. I'm sorry you are having a tough time. It's cool that you are writing poetry. It also helps to talk to someone about your feelings. Being healthy helps too. Here are some good ideas: 1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming. 2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State. 3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating. 4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself) 5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee. 6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night. 7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy. 8. Avoid anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup. 9. Look into taking a multi-vitamin. Tone up the muscles: 1. Join a gym and get a trainer. 2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen. 3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body. 4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike 5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class. 6. Join the local YMCA. 7. Buy or borrow this book by Bill Pearl called GETTING STRONGER. In the book, he describes everything you need for a great fitness plan. 8. Crunches & Curl ups for the abs. Mental Health: 1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings. 2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to. 3. Learn how to meditate. 4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with. 5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance. 6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts. 7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night. 8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative. 9. Do something for someone else who needs help. 10. If the above suggestions don't improve your mental health, talk with your therapist about the possibility of taking some medication. 11. Check out the book FEELING GOOD by David Burns. Take care of yourself Yam King

nothing is wrong with you, everyone out there is different. Love is a precious thing and you don't HAVE to feel it right away. Some people don't feel it until their much much older and more experienced. In fact too many people make the mistake of just throwing the words around carelessly it's something you should be certain of before you tell someone you love them. Just wait because liking can grow, just give it time, when you're in love you'll know. Some people can fall madly in love at 12 while others won't experience it until their 50 just listen to what your heart tells you.

I was pretty similiar (chicks told me they loved me and I would say that b/c I thought one day I would believe in it). Now I'm married and I do love my wife but I think people like us develope it in different ways. I love how I can trust my wife, talk to my wife and act around my wife. I never really felt butterflies or anything or felt like I was high on life or some crap. I view love as something that results from trust and respect. You might be the same as I am. It'll come to you but don't be rush a relationship. If a guy says he loves you just tell him you feel like you could be following suite or lie to them. It's up to you but some people are just little more slow to say I love you then others not a big deal. Just live and be happy.

Love is a truely hard thing to understand, no1 really knows. I think maybe ur not ready for a relationship thats all. Just tell em u want to take it slowly and wen u feel something u cant explain, that will be love, and then u can express it, Instead of threatenin ur mistakes uve dun previously, learn from them.

Theres nothing wrong with you. Your just having a little trouble commiting to a relationship and that's okay. It's just taking you longer to commit than most people. It's normal so don't get scared. Nobody ca\n teach you to love but you and when the time comes you'll feel it.

That's sad. I once had a sister too who was my half sis. She was bad influence on me doing drugs, having unprotected sex with older men. She is now 21. She was nice to me when I was younger then as I got older and she moved to Vancouver, BC. I haven't talked to her for many yrs now. She hates me now. I don't know any reasons why. I know she betrayed her own race. She dislikes being half asian. We share the same dad. She just idk. Her future hasn't gone far. She is a high school drop out living with her 30 yr old boyfriend. Where's your mom? I have had friends problem. They will like me for a short while then disappear. You know? I miss my bestie friend. I haven't seen her since December. Now that it's March. I feel like we aren't close. She is a yr older than me. We had lots to share. We were like twins. She has problems of her own right now. Guy stalking her, suicidal, depression, she tells me how much she wants to kill herself. I feel sorry for her. She was in the psych ward for 2 weeks I heard. Whatever is going on. I feel like it's my fault. I feel helpless. I tried contacting her on msn. She won't touch base with me. Trying to phone her is hard as she never picks up the phone. She doesn't have txting so I have to like message her somewhere else. I am sorry. I guess we loners work well alone. *sighs* you lack social skills like me. im a very shy girl.
