Very sore calves especially triceps for a week? What's the problem? 10 POINTS? Topic: How to write articles for ehow

Question: I go to the gym quite a bit, and do 30 mins running on the treadmil 4-5 times a week. Strech and breathe properly, and get this unbearable pain when walking up/down the stairs and jogging in my calves for very long periods of time (we're talking days) so it's not lactic acid. Any ideas of what this is and how I could prevent this from happening again? 10 points for best answer!

I was a hospital corpsman in the Navy, and am an experienced exerciser. It's probably just overworked muscles. You would definitely benefit by doing supplemental leg exercises to increase leg strength. I run a lot and have found this to be true. Strengthen your quads and hamstrings a bit and they'll take some of the burden off. Running a lot takes a toll on your legs, and they need some cross training to keep up. According to what you just wrote, it seems you already know what to do, you're just reluctant on doing it. Yes, I think you should break up with him. If he was willing to cheat before that's not going to stop him again, he'll only learn to be more careful. Understandably, he's a guy. Most guys are prone to follow their ***** around, but that's because of the primitive animalistic tendencies. It's pretty much in a guy's genes to follows their dick, that's what the animals do. The only difference is that men are humans and have the ability to refuse these natural urges. It seems like he took you for granted. You shouldn't cry over him, but I do understand that you put so much time with him that you're hoping he'll change and be the guy you want him to be. Don't count on it. Ask yourself these few questions: Do I trust him? Am I happy with him? Do I think he'll be the man I marry? There are a lot of guys out there that are better than him, but there are also a lot of guys worse. I suggest start casual dating other guys and you'll have someone to compare him to. In time you will find your answer.

Sounds like you love him but hate him at the same time for what he has done to you. Its hard to be with someone that is so unfaithful to there bf/gf. You should take some time out of the relationship. and stay clear of any other guys. Just say you need to space to think, and tell him that if he really wants you back then he must do the same thing. Obviously its impossible to to see if he sees other girls. But trust and love is a big thing, and not given out easily. Only your heart and your mind can make the decision your after.

Well, if you just started working out that could be it. It could just be lactic acid that hasn't gotten out of your system. Lots of water would be the best treatment for that.

Each boats total is the sum of the times taken each way tA=d/V1+d/V2 =54/(54)+54/(54) =2 hours tB=d/(v1)+d/(V2) =2+0.666 =2.666 hours So since boat A won by 1.238 hours, we can find how far ahead it was by finding how far it had gone, and subtracting how far boat b had gone. since we found out it turns around and speeds up at 2 hours, by the time boat A finished boatB had still only been travelling at 27km/h, making our job easier. dA=V*t =(54)(2) =108 km dB=V*t =(27)(2) =54km delta d= 108-54 =54km Therefore, boat A won by 54 km the average velocity is Vavg=(V1+V2)/2 =(54+54)/2 =54km/h
