Format really doesn't effect the "size" of a song file, the sample rate of the song does. For example, an MP3 encoded at 64Kbps will be smaller than an M4P encoded at 192 Kbps. It will not sound as good either. Most iTunes songs are 128 Kbps.

use windows media player. version 9 and above supports to convert audio cd to mp3. insert the audio cd and copy the data in computer and then go to windows media player and (click copy cd - if you don't copy first time) and then click convert and then copy the songs to your cd or dvd using nero software or some other software.

Yes ,the format matter.Because mp4 use a higher sample rate then mp3 also need more space(higher sample rate higher fidelity)

Your lyrics are good but, there are a few things you need to be aware of. In music, you really need to watch the number of syllables you have in corresponding lines or you can make that song difficult or even impossible to sing. The syllable count can always vary by one or sometimes two but, unless the music changes to accommodate a large difference in syllables, you are creating a problem for the singer. It helps if you have a melody in mind when you write. You can also double or half the syllable count and that can work as well but, it's tricky. Also, and this is VERY IMPORTANT. Your songs need a HOOK often placed in the chorus of the song and usually also the name of the song. By a hook, I mean that portion of the song that plays over and over again in your mind long after you last heard that song. You are missing a hook in your example. Here is an idea of how you might add a hook/chorus to your song. This is just an idea so, don't forget you are the song writer and you feel the song better than I do, I'm just helping out here so the final hook is really up to you. In this case, a good title for the song might be ... "Are You Out of Your Mind?" You're kissing her with passion while watching other girls walk by you're so lucky she adores you I can't immagine why You date mini skirted witches 'cuz they've got all kinds of 'riches' never listening to a friends advice only doing what YOU think is right (Add a short musical interlude or riff here) (the hook - a chord progression change and maybe some harmony and a little digital delay) Are you out of your mind? (mind, mind, mind) You take their LOVE you steal them BLIND There's gonna come a day you're gonna wake and find You're all alone, all alone, all alone, all alone you're the hottest guy in school but just because you're real cool you treat all girls like dirt and, never see how much they hurt (Add a short musical interlude or riff here) (the hook - a chord progression change and maybe some harmony and a little digital delay) Are you out of your mind? (mind, mind, mind) You take their LOVE you steal them BLIND There's gonna come a day you're gonna wake and find You're all alone, all alone, all alone, all alone (the hook - a chord progression change and maybe some harmony and a little digital delay) Are you out of your mind? (mind, mind, mind) You take their LOVE you steal them BLIND There's gonna come a day you're gonna wake and find You're all alone, all alone, all alone, all alone On the subject of hooks, here are two songs both with great hooks in them. The first song also has very picturesque lyrics that paint a vivid picture in your mind as you listen to them. That is of course the best kind of lyrics. You will also hear some great musical interludes in this song that carry you over to the next section of the song ... The second song however, does not have great lyrics but, you can hear how the hook carries this song very will in spite of the lyrics. The hook is the most important part of a song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TCeD_6Y3G... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJT_TKC3c... Good Luck to you! The world need more songwriters!

Song lyrics have an added hardship over poetry in that they have to sound natural when sung. My love is like a red red rose... makes a lousy lyric but ...picked up the rice at a wedding where no one has been... is better musically than as verse. (although don't try telling every high school English teacher in America that.) Poetry can be elevated language, but in a song, elevated language means a hoity-toity character, hence it reflects on the speaker in a way poetry doesn't do - as much. Good luck with the song(s).
