Question: last night I couldn't sleep and around 4a.m. I decided to write a poem. Well I have the poem I'm just not sure on how to punctuate it or what to title it. I wrote it in about 15 minutes so don't judge it too much but please help as much as you can thanks. here's the poem. In the dead of night I sat at the mirror My eyes full of fright for the thing before me It consumed my soul it destroyed who I was and then I lost control Filled with rage I smashed the mirror Attempting to free myself from this thing's evil cage As crimson red blood ran down my arm I realized I accomplished nothing I just caused myself harm. Then as the blood began to dry I stared in the shattered mirror and asked myself: "Who am I?"

Title= Dilemma Eliminate all the capitals except for " I "........ the poem will flow better without the caps. Place a period after 'control', a period after 'cage', a period after 'harm'.

here are some quick shortcuts to add on to your excersize routine: -Drink one cup of plain green tea every day for 6 weeks and you will SEE RESULTS! -Drink a cup of cold water when you wake up, the water is healthy for you and your body burns calories making the water warm. -have a good breakfast every morning, never skip, i'm very busy yet always find time for breakfast, grab a granola bar for the car ride. -drink 8 glasses of water a day. If you think you drink a lot of water, you're wrong. I bet you don't drink as much as your body needs. -Don't drink your calories, there are a lot of calories in everything you eat, so do yourself a favor and stick to just water. -don't starve yourself at all, this will lower your metabolism and make you gain fat. -eat snacks throughout the day so you don't get really hungry, whenever I am hungry I eat all the wrong things, so snack on healthy food to keep that starvation at bay. Good snacks to have are : blueberries, celery almonds (unsalted) popcorn (unsalted and unbuttered) dark chocolate (in small portions) apples carrots The more crunchy food you eat the more your brain will tell you you're full, also the more food you eat with lots of water in it will fill you faster. Last thing, if possible, do little ab workouts EVERY DAY! this will burn calories and tone your stomach, doing abs is like the BEST THING FOR YOU!!!!! try this workout from youtube. it's called "8 minute abs" it's pretty easy and it works! Goodluck!

Start with a scheduled exercise regimen. Exercise at least 3 times per week. Ban yourself from EVERY FAST FOOD CHAIN (except Subway), make a habit of not buying junk food & sodas, stay away from all candy. And greasy food as well. If u must satisfy a sweet craving, chew some gum. If you use garlic salt instead of table salt, you won't retain water, and if you must cook with grease, use vegetable oil. Eat wheat bread with sandwiches, don't eat flour tortillas, those are fattening. Pasta is great in small amounts with a small amount of butter, but get the kind that isn't fattening (challenge butter is better ), and I myself walk at least 5 days a week up n down a flight of stairs, and don't eat until you're full! Eat until the hunger goes away. If you are with friends that are going to eat at a fast food chain, suggest Subway. I eat a Subway sandwich on toasted wheat, no cheese, no Mayo, and it's good. Mayo makes u put on weight quickly. Slim Fast works also if you're serious about losing weight.

Some of Obama's experience. Someone else will have to post McCains. I looked at, wasn't all that impressed and then promptly forgot about it. Obama: During the first (8) eight years of his elected service he sponsored over 820 bills. He introduced 233 regarding healthcare reform, 125 on poverty and public assistance, 112 crime fighting bills, 97 economic bills, 60 human rights and anti-discrimination bills, 21 ethics reform bills, 15 gun control, 6 veterans affairs and many others. His first year in the U.S. Senate, he authored 152 bills and co-sponsored another 427. These inculded **the Coburn-Obama Government Transparency Act of 2006 (became law), **The Lugar-Obama Nuclear Non-proliferation and Conventional Weapons Threat Reduction Act, (became law), **The Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act, passed the Senate, **The 2007 Government Ethics Bill, (became law), **The Protection Against Excessive Executive Compensation Bill, (In committee), and many more. In all since enter the U.S. Senate, Senator Obama has written 890 bills and co-sponsored another 1096. An impressive record, for someone who supposedly has no record.

How does McCain have more experience no of then have been president. Like you have said. As of Obama he has written 890 Bills and co-sponsored another 1096 since he entered the Senate. some major ones 1) the Coburn-Obama Government Transparency Act of 2006 that became Law, 2) the Lugar-Obama Nuclear Non-proliferation and Conventional Weapons Threat Reduction Act that became Law, 3) the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act that passed the Senate, 4) the 2007 Government Ethics Bill that became Law, sounds like experience to me.
